When we were evacuated from the building Friday evening we were 5 routines (2 bars, 3 beam) shy of being done with the competition. Here is the plan for finishing the session, awards and national entries.
The 5 girls who have a routine to do will arrive at the venue at 10:00 Saturday morning. As soon as session 5 is done (approximately 10:30) these girls will complete their routines. After they have finished those routines, we will give out awards and complete national entry forms.
Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for the calm evacuation and understanding that sometimes things happen that are out of our control. Thank you coaches from Diamond Academy, AIM Athletics and WOGA for your help and understanding in finding the best possible solution for this situation.
On April 8th the general stretch times were reduced to 20 minutes. This means each session will start flight A timed warm up 10 minutes earlier than the original schedule. March in will also be 10 minutes earlier. The times for beginning general stretch did not change. Here is the changed schedule.

Because the Wichita State University campus is in business Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, there may be some parking issues at those times. Here are your options:
1. Park in lot 27W (east of the baseball stadium on the attached map), which is a couple blocks from the Heskett Center, without risk of a ticket.
2. Park in any other lot and risk getting a ticket. If you get a ticket you can write "visitor" on it and mail it in with no penalty. Or, you can write "visitor" on it and drop it off at the campus police station which is immediately east of the Heskett Center parking lot (lot 15 on the attached map).
If you are affiliated with Wichita State University you must follow regular parking rules. Sorry for the inconvenience.
